Wheelies Direct are committed to supplying cycles and cycling accessories of the highest quality. All adult cycles are thoroughly assembled and set up prior to despatch by our Cytech qualified cycle technicians from our Swansea warehouse. Cytech is the Cycle Technicians National Accreditation Scheme, which identifies the varying level of skills possessed by cycle technicians, and their ability to assemble and service bicycles to meet and exceed British Standards.

Validation

Our Cycle Validation and Bike Replacement Division was established in 1992 in response to a demand from several major insurers. Since then we have made continual investments in order to ensure that our validation systems are the most comprehensive and accurate. With details of over 48,000 cycle models sold since the late 1980’s, the database holds information on all cycles that have been available in the UK.
